Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.Responsibilities Provide distributive pharmacy services and technical support for the Pharmacist prior to receiving certification.Refill and maintain automated dispensing systems.Prepare orders and maintain inventory for the Pharmacy department.Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds.Repackage bulk medications.Receive and store incoming supplies.Triage incoming calls and serve as a liaison between pharmacy, patient and health professionals by providing information.Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:One or more of the following required:Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer Training Pharmacy Tech obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Pharmacy Intern obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.One or more of the following preferred:Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association.Education:High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,if applicable.Additional Preferences No additional preferences.
