Here's what you'll need Bachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringCalifornia Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within one year.Minimum of 20 years of project management experience managing the complex nature of highway and transit projects and/or programs in various stages of completeness.Demonstrated experience working on successful projects with public agenciesAbility to demonstrate project leadership experienceWorking knowledge of federal and state design guidelinesAt least 10 years experience leading and assisting with business development and growth strategy developmentStrong networks and relationships in the transportation market in various Northern California geographies Posted Salary Range: Minimum 174,900.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 273,300.00 Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
