Material Handler/Forklift Operator - NightsLACOSTA is hiring experienced Material Handlers/Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Corinth, MS. This is a full-time, rotating schedule position with weekly pay, consistent hours, and the opportunity to start quickly. Job Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, 12-hour shifts (Week 1: Tues/Wed/Sat/Sun | Week 2: Mon/Thurs/Fri) Night Shift: 7:00PM-7:00AMPay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday) $16+/hr (depending on experience)Job Description: Responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, stage, load, and prepare products for shipment in a warehouse environment. Job Duties: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materialsLoad and unload trucksPull orders from inventory and deliver materials to production areasStage finished products for shipmentLocate, verify, and pack materials for shippingPrepare finished stock by identifying, loading, and securing productMaintain accurate inventory records and report shortagesPerform pre-use inspections on material-handling equipmentKeep inventory areas, loading docks, and machinery clean and organizedFollow all safety policies and proceduresMay operate additional equipment such as high-pressure washersRequirementsMinimum 1-2 years of forklift experienceExperience operating other warehouse machinery preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs independentlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout a 12-hour shiftPass background check and drug screeningMust wear required PPE (LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed boots, long pants, safety gear)Remove all jewelry and accessories while on the floorSmoke-free facilityWe make working for LACOSTA easy — interview today and start as early as tomorrow.
