Description: Role: Associate Corporate Counsel - IT TransactionsLocation: New York, NY or Edison, NJ (onsite at one of these office locations 5 days a week is mandatory)Job Description:Associate Corporate Counsel - Technology/Software Licensing, IT, BPO, Engineering and other professional services outsourcing transactionsJob Description: The position requires independent drafting, negotiating all transaction relating to technology licensing and outsourcing contracts, preferably from the suppliers context.Candidates must have between 4 to 10 years of experience in negotiating information technology and outsourcing contracts. Must be admitted to a State Bar.The employment will be governed by TCS terms and conditions of the employment, HR policies and process rules applicable to the legal department.
