Location: Phoenix, ArizonaFacility: Outpatient clinics that offer same-day medical appointments and currently provide a wide range of programs, including primary medical, dental, behavioral health, WIC, and community health and wellness programsOpportunity: Locums Family Medicine NP* Start Date/Duration: ASAP; ongoing assignment* Schedule: Full time. Flexible, Monday - Friday. Clinic hours are 8am-7pm, so schedule can be 4x10 or 5x8* Outpatient community health center* 2.5 patients per hour/average* Patient Populations: 75% adults (mostly women), 25% peds (there is a pediatrician on staff)* Credentialing Time Frame: 1-2 weeks* Arizona license or IMLC and BCCompensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
