Senior Marketing Coordinator - HDR We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support HDR’s business development and marketing initiatives across our Transportation Business Group. This fast‑paced role will collaborate with proposal, marketing, and client‑relations teams to shape our brand and drive growth.ResponsibilitiesSupport pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materialsMonitor client and industry websites for solicitation statusHelp file proposal and presentation materials upon submittalMaintain accurate project and resume data in business development systemsSupport management of client relationship and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboardsArrange professional photography on projectsSupport development of annual and long‑term strategic plans, including growth initiatives and prioritizing strategic investmentsImplement key growth initiatives as defined in strategic plansSupport development and implementation of client plans and long‑term strategies to capture market shareSolicit formal client feedbackAdminister the go/no‑go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of AuthoritySupport content marketing campaigns, digital content creation, and social media campaigns to strengthen our brandAssist with marketing collateral creation, conference sponsorship benefits, internal communications content, and large internal meeting planningTrain and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practicesPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related fieldDeep knowledge of A/E/C industry procurement practicesWillingness and ability to travel and engage in personRequired QualificationsMinimum of 2 years relevant industry experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign)Self‑starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversightBenefits & Compensation We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time away, parental leave, paid holidays, a retirement savings plan with employer match, employee referral bonus, and tuition reimbursement.
