Bioanalytical Scientist

Job DescriptionBioanalytical Scientist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Provide scientific laboratory support for the design and execution of customized immunoassays such as ELISA, ELISpot, molecular and/or cell-based assays supporting licensed vaccine productsReagent preparationMaintain cell linesGeneral laboratory upkeep, maintenance, and ordering of suppliesWork according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidanceMaintain accurate records in adherence with documentation standardsCollaborate and communicate within and across the work groupWork in a structured environment under direct to moderate supervisionAnalyze data using appropriate software toolsThe Spring House site is not accessible by public transportation routes.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related degree concentration.Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipThe ideal candidate would possess:At least 1 year related laboratory experienceExperience with Mammalian Cell Culture techniquesStrong computer, scientific, and organizational skillsExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitudeAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate and real time records, follow instructions, and comply with company policiesHigh sense of responsibility, accountability, and professional integrityAdditional InformationPosition is full-time,Monday-Friday 8am-5pmwith overtime as needed.
