Perform routine housekeeping of coating booths and surrounding areas to prevent contamination, including cleaning, organizing, and disposing of materials. Complete required documentation related to production and quality checks. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain consistent quality. Adapt to quality control requirements and make necessary adjustments during production.Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and written instructions. 2-5 years of experience in powder coating application processes. Strong understanding of coating techniques and quality standards. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform frequent standing, bending, pushing, and pulling.
