General ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead operations at our truss manufacturing facility. This key leadership role oversees production, safety, staffing, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, a hands-on leadership style, and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in driving profitability, ensuring operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with vendors, customers, and employees. The ideal General Manager candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Job Type: Full Time, On-site, Relocation Package providedResponsibilities for the General Manager: Lead all aspects of operations, including production, sales, purchasing, inventory, safety, and customer service.Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and expand market presence.Establish and monitor financial, operational, and sales goals in alignment with organizational objectives.Ensure quality standards, on-time delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.Recruit, develop, and lead team members while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.Serve as an advocate for the company’s mission, values, and community presence.Demonstrate high character, trust, and performance in all aspects of leadership.Deliver distinctive quality and outstanding customer service internally and externally. Requirements of the General Manager: 5+ years of leadership experience in the truss manufacturing spaceProven ability to manage multi-functional teams and drive operational efficiency.Strong background in sales, operations, and financial management, including P&L responsibility.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in business management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations in the distribution and building materials industry.Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and create performance reports.
