Required Skills: Software Engineering Manager - VR Devices Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality APIs and features supporting premium VR devices 2. Help your team engage with AI driven development processes to overcome the traditional quality/innovation tradeoff 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation 4. Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve business objectives 5. Foster an environment of continuous learning, growth, and improvement Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 6. 8+ years of, or PhD + 4 years of software engineering work experience, including hands on technical management 7. Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical organizations, including performance management 8.
