Overview: Join a Leading Beverage Manufacturing TeamLocation: Framingham, MACompensation: $40.00 / hour + 6-8% shift differentialSign‑On Bonus: $5,000 (payable after 90 days of employment)We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our high‑speed beverage production facility. In this role, you’ll keep bottling and utility systems running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.Shift & ScheduleHours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AMDays: Sunday - ThursdayShift Differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate (eligible hours)Additional: Ability to work holidays and weekends as neededBenefitsHealth & Wellness = Medical, prescription, dental, vision, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, HSARetirement & Investing - 401(k) with 5% match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Insurance -Life insurance, short/long‑term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, supplemental family life insurance, AD&DTime Off & Family Support - Paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays + 3 floating holidays, paid parental leave, adoption reimbursementAdditional Perks - Employee discounts, auto/home/pet insurance savings, tuition reimbursement, legal services, identity theft protection, EAP, FEDlogic, commuter benefits Responsibilities: Core FunctionsMaintain and repair beverage production and bottling equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsPerform preventive maintenance and rebuild componentsReduce downtime through effective root‑cause troubleshootingMaintain accurate maintenance and compliance documentationWork closely with production, quality, and safety teamsCoordinate with vendors and contractors on repairs and upgrades Qualifications: Required Competencies3+ years of maintenance experience in beverage or high‑speed manufacturingHigh School Diploma/GED (technical training preferred)Mechanical Aptitude Test requiredExperience with bottling equipment, compressors, boilers, chillers, and water processingAbility to diagnose electrical issues (single/three‑phase)Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematicsComputer skills (Microsoft Office; SAP a plus)Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical inspectionsAble to work independently and support multiple shifts when neededThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
