We are looking for a Command Center Operator to provide outstanding service to our customers and potential customers. You will be required to answer queries, handle complaints, and troubleshoot problems in a professional and polite manner to ensure effective resolution and customer satisfaction. The ideal command center operator will be customer-focused, detail orientated, and target driven. You should be polite, accurate, knowledgeable, and able to work well within a team. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.Joe’s Auto Parks is a privately-owned parking operations and management company with over 90 locations in downtown Los Angeles.
