As a UX Product Designer at RealPage, you are at the front-line of product development in representing our customers and end-users and living our design-centered methodology. You will represent Design in all steps of the product development lifecycle and provide heavy guidance especially in the discovery and design phases. You work in close partnership with product and engineering to define and deliver the work.Use personas and a narrative to story-tell the problem to solve and its solutionExtract requirements from customer pain pointsConduct user, customer, and SME interviewsClearly document knowledge, existing workflows, and pain points gained from user, customer, and SME interviewsSolve product/user problems utilizing user-centered design thinkingDocument the design solution's workflow and functional specifications for Engineering to buildWork with PM to align on design solution and assist in discovery efforts with producing discussion guides and conducting SME interviewsWork with engineers and QA to be able to communicate designed functionality and workflows for ticketing and quality control testingUtilize design standards system in designing a solution and work with Design Standards team to provide feedback on design system evolutionWork with UX researchers in continuous discovery effortsUnderstanding how to establish success metrics to gauge adoption and solution validationProduct management experience working on mobile apps or web-based productsOwn & execute product roadmap for specific modules/features 'Acts as Product Owner for the Scrum team'Assist in reviewing and analyzing customer needs to identify solutionsBreakdown of epics and/or features into stories and acceptance criteriaProduct Demos experience (internal or external, as needed)Analyze, triage and troubleshoot maintenance issuesStrong execution/operationally-mindedStrong problem solving, analytical and conceptual thinking skillsAbility to demonstrate product capabilities to a varied audienceExperience with at least one user interface design tool.Experience with SAFe Agile and ScrumMaster storyteller and story mapperAnalytical and decisive; balance technical innovation, technical debt, ongoing supporKnowledge of SDLC and agile software deliveryProven ability to support enterprise applications with large initiatives and managing complex requirement and dependenciesEffective Communication Skills to include but not limited to.PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESExperience with B2B2C, SaaS solution, and/or integration platformsFamiliarity or exposure to AI conceptsFamiliar with: AzureDevOps, Confluence, SAFe Agile or basic Scrum Agile experienceIndustry relevant knowledge is a plus (Multifamily, Self-storage, or Senior Housing, Real Estate, etc.)Salary and Benefits:RealPage provides a competitive salary package along with a comprehensive benefit plan that includes:Health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Performance-based bonus based on position. #LI-REMOTE #LI-JL1Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges.
