As a Lotus Nurse | Care Coordinator (RN/LPN), you are responsible for the training and education of the team members that provide care and services to the Lotus Guests (rapid recovery and rehabilitation), as well as the care management of Lotus Guests.Do You Have What It Takes?A fire and passion for working with seniorsA flexible, fun, and energetic personalityMust have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practiceMust have immediate to advanced computer skills, including experience working with an EMR or EHRExtensive customer service experience requiredPrior experience in social services highly preferredPrior experience as an Intake Coordinator highly preferredAbility to make independent decisions requiredMust possess patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasmLeadership abilities and willingness to work with other team members requiredMust possess organization and time management skillsMust maintain care and use of supplies and equipmentAbility to function independently and with personal integrity requiredProfessional image in both appearance and behaviorExcellent written and oral communication skillsWhy is Tutera THE Employer of Choice?
