Jr. Quality Inspector

We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Final Inspector to join our team. As a Final Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and ensuring that the finished products meet our quality standards. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality products to our customers.High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a quality control or inspection roleMinimum of 1-2 years of increasing responsibility experience in aviation battery/cell manufacturingAbility to obtain FAA certification after 1 year of inspection experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to detect defectsKnowledge of quality control procedures and standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentDetail-oriented and highly organizedAbility to read, understand, and interpret drawings including knowledge of Englishand metric measureFamiliarity with industry regulations and standardsAbility to lift and move heavy objects (up to 45 pounds)Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment (including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, height gauges, surface plates, weight scale, steel measuring scale, manometer, megometer, volt and OHM meter.Certified Manufacturing Specialist designation is preferredPerform final inspections on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specificationsIdentify any defects, damages, or inconsistencies and document them accuratelyConduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests as requiredPerform quality checks on materials, components, and sub-assembliesCollaborate with production teams to identify and resolve any quality issuesEnsure that all inspection equipment is calibrated and maintained properlyPrepare and maintain inspection reports and documentationWhether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
