Salary Range: $28.09 - $39.10 / hourThe pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Ensures employees are adequately trained and units are properly staffed to provide service.Required:High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)A minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service and one year in a customer service role.Able to speak clearly and effectively before groups in English, as well as listen attentively to staff, patients, peers, supervisors, and guestsAble to read and write English to facilitate the communication processBasic computer skills; familiar with Outlook, Word and Excel documents. Able to navigate websites for orderingAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometryAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
