Job SummaryGalapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking an experienced and highly qualified PRISM Contract Program Manager (PCPM) to provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Government programs. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse, talented team dedicated to driving mission success.The Program Manager will be responsible for managing Professional Services contracts at the Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) level, ensuring strict compliance with cost, schedule, and performance requirements.As the primary interface with government stakeholders, the PCPM will oversee cross-functional teams, provide technical direction, and deliver program excellence across one or more of the P&R Pool and/or MDoDS Pool functional areas.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting high-visibility DoD or Federal programs, demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, and a strong background in contract and program management.Skills / Experience RequiredActive TS/SCI clearance10+ years of experience as a Program Manager leading DoD or Federal Government programsDemonstrated expertise in one or more P&R Pool and/or MDoDS Pool functional areas of sustainment, maintenance, and life cycle support.Proven track record managing Professional Services contracts at the MATOC levelExperience providing technical direction and oversight for complex, multi-disciplinary engagementsStrong background in DoD or Federal program management processes, including acquisition, planning, and executionAbility to manage large teams and competing priorities with exceptional leadership and organizational skillsExperience in program management tools, methodologies, and performance metrics (e.g., MS Project, Earned Value Management, risk management frameworks)Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, reports, and decision papersExperience interfacing with senior government leadership, stakeholders, and contracting officialsFamiliarity with DoD acquisition regulations, contract compliance, and mission support requirementsEducation / CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Human Resources, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldMaster’s degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)DAU/DoD Program Management training (Level II or III certification or equivalent) (preferred)Professional Military Education (PME) or equivalent leadership development training (preferred)BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOPaid Parental leaveTuition reimbursementPaid federal holidaysSecurity ClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen.
