$10,000.00 New Hire Sign-on Bonus!Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM(+ rotating on-call)As a key member of the clinical leadership team, this role helps shape and direct high-quality patient care within the home care setting, ensuring alignment with professional nursing standards and best practices. Provides clinical oversight and leadership through effective care coordination, supporting the interdisciplinary team in delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
