Minimum qualifications: + 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management. + 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team. Preferred qualifications: + 3 years of experience recruiting for technical or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting. + Experience with negotiating complex compensation packages. + Track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail. + Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large-team environment. + Ability to solve complex problems and deliver significant impact as an individual contributor. + Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
