Job Description Insight Global is looking for an OpenShiftu2013Pega Administrator with 4u20135 years of Pega administration and 3+ years of OpenShift experience to support a large financial client. This is an infrastructure-focused role (not development) supporting 6 Pega applications hosted on OpenShift in an in-house AWS cloud. Candidate must be comfortable managing environments, troubleshooting issues, proposing solutions, and providing weekend/off-hours support as needed. Hybrid role (3 days onsite, potential to increase) in Charlotte, Jacksonville, or Arizona. Target rate around $85/hr. Key Responsibilities: u2003u2022 Administer and support Pega applications hosted on OpenShift u2003u2022 Manage and maintain the infrastructure layer, not application development u2003u2022 Support and maintain 6 Pega applications u2003u2022 Troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and manage tickets related to Pega and OpenShift u2003u2022 Perform configuration changes and environment maintenance within Pega u2003u2022 Monitor system health, performance, and availability u2003u2022 Propose infrastructure and operational improvements to enhance reliability u2003u2022 Collaborate with internal teams and vendors as needed Provide weekend and off-hours support when required We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
