Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: u2022 Ability to effectively communicate, engage and obtain information from all levels of job classes within the system, and persons outside of the system such as patients, patientsu2019 family members, law [Required] u2022 enforcement officials, or regulators. [Required] u2022 Strong knowledge of healthcare privacy laws and regulations to include the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act and other state and federal privacy laws. [Required] u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. [Required] u2022 Strong ability to assess, analyze, interpret, and report data, metrics, and trends.
