Material Handler 1st Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Material Handler 1st Shift to join their team. As a Material Handler 1st Shift, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring the smooth movement and management of materials within the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Material Handler 1st Shift Location: Hamilton, OH Pay Range: $17.68 Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6am to 4pm What's the Job? + Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. + Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders. + Transport materials to storage or production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. + Prepare and stage materials for production based on work orders. + Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. What's Needed? + Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred). + Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. + Valid driveru2019s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
