Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst - ServiceNow to join their team. As a Business/Systems Analyst - ServiceNow, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting ServiceNow modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Business/Systems Analyst - ServiceNow Location: Cleveland, OH Pay Range: What's the Job? + Support ServiceNow platform modernization efforts, ensuring seamless transition and adoption of upgraded modules and workflows. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, product, risk, legal, and security to align on platform transformation strategies. + Develop and implement effective communication plans to promote awareness and engagement among users impacted by modernization initiatives. + Design and deliver tailored training programs on ServiceNow modules, fulfillment processes, and new digital workflows. + Conduct impact assessments, monitor KPIs, and utilize data insights to continuously improve enablement outcomes. What's Needed? + Minimum of five years of experience in digital enablement, organizational change management, or technology adoption projects. + Proven expertise with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Knowledge, and Request/Workflow Management. + Experience leading modernization or migration projects within large enterprise environments. + Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously. + Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
