Product Owner | Chatbot Assistants

Description We are seeking a Product Manager to support the execution of our Conversational AI initiatives, specifically the Chat Bot Assistant. This role focuses on journey mapping, requirement writing, user story creation, UAT, and release management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality chatbot experiences. You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager, Conversation Designer, Authors and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable deliverables. What Youu2019ll Do u2022 Translate product vision and high-level requirements into detailed conversational requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria u2022 Partner with engineering and QA teams to manage sprint planning and ensure timely delivery. u2022 Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for chatbot features and flows. u2022 Support release management activities, including documentation and stakeholder communication u2022 Work with conversational designers and NLP specialists to refine intents, utterances, and taxonomy u2022 Validate chatbot responses and ensure alignment with conversational design principles u2022 Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment u2022 Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies u2022 Maintain and groom the product backlog in collaboration with engineering and design teams Requirements What You Bring u2022 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably in Conversational AI, chatbots, or NLP u2022 Hands-on experience with requirement writing, user stories, and agile methodologies u2022 Familiarity with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework) u2022 Strong understanding of intent modeling, NLP concepts, and chatbot testing u2022 Excellent organizational and communication skills u2022 Experience with UAT coordination and release management u2022 B2B experience is a plus Preferred Skills u2022 Knowledge of AI ethics and guardrails for chatbot behavior. u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities.
