Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future Job Summary As a Support Analyst for Werum PAS-X you will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing and supply chain processes. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application support of PAS-X systems. Your expertise will drive efficiency and innovation contributing to the companys growth and societal impact. Responsibilities + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Werum PAS-X. + Implement and configure PAS-X systems to enhance manufacturing and supply chain operations. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PAS-X applications ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. + Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of PAS-X systems. + Analyze system performance and propose improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. + Develop and maintain documentation for PAS-X configurations and processes. + Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of PAS-X with other enterprise systems. + Monitor industry trends and advancements in PAS-X technology to keep the company at the forefront of innovation. + Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in manufacturing and supply chain processes. + Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives. + Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure the successful deployment of PAS-X solutions. + Provide insights and recommendations to management on optimizing supply chain strategies using PAS-X data. + Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and in-office tasks. Qualifications + Possess strong expertise in Werum PAS-X with a proven track record in implementation and support. + Demonstrate deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes and their integration with PAS-X. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. + Have experience in conducting training sessions and creating user-friendly documentation. + Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. + Display knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in manufacturing.Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
