Description We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with expertise in Python to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Dearborn, Michigan. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain full stack web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives on solving complex problems and continuously improving technical processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Python frameworks like FastAPI, along with React for the front-end. u2022 Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to established team standards and best practices. u2022 Collaborate with colleagues to conceptualize and implement new features and enhancements. u2022 Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve overall code quality. u2022 Work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions. u2022 Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes. u2022 Contribute to team discussions focused on technical problem-solving and innovation. u2022 Identify and resolve application issues across the entire stack, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Requirements u2022 2-5 years of experience in software development with attention to detail. u2022 Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with FastAPI or similar frameworks such as Flask or Django. u2022 Demonstrated expertise in React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript. u2022 Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL code. u2022 Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs. u2022 Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows. u2022 Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to team members across varying technical backgrounds. u2022 Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a self-driven attitude towards learning and innovation.
