What Youu2019ll Do + Deliver direct OT services to students with diverse needs + Support IEP goals through individualized and small-group interventions + Conduct assessments and collaborate on multidisciplinary planning + Partner with teachers, administrators, and families + Help students build motor, functional, and sensory-regulation skills + Complete documentation in alignment with school and district requirements ?? Who You Are + Licensed Occupational Therapist (Michigan OT license required) + Experienced or comfortable working in pediatric and/or school-based settings + Flexible, collaborative, and ready to jump in quickly + Skilled at managing caseloads and using both direct and consultative service models ??
