Job Description Insight Global is looking for a receptionist to join a client of ours in Bloomington, MN. This person will be responsible for handling front office reception and assigned administration duties, including but not limited to greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities u2022Answer phones and operate switchboard. u2022Route calls to specific people. u2022Answer inquiries about the company. u2022Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable. u2022Ensure reception area is tidy. u2022Directs visitors where they sign in. u2022Send faxes. u2022Take and relay messages. u2022Prepare and Update daily schedule. u2022Perform assigned clerical duties. u2022Assist with preparation of Camp documents as requested. u2022Assist Groups and Vacation teams as needed. u2022Sign for Fed Ex, US Mail and other deliveries. u2022Distribute parcels and other mail to Accounting. u2022Monitor Flight-stats/Safe-to-go systems and distribute to agents. u2022Other duties as assigned Expected pay: $20-$24/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
