Job Title: Bagger Operator Job Description Bagger Operators are responsible for the manual processes of filling, sealing, labeling, loading, and stacking bags of product onto pallets. They then transport the pallets via fork truck to the proper location(s) onsite. All employees are responsible for conducting general quality checks and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Responsibilities + Fill, seal, and label bags + Load and stack bags onto pallets. + Transport pallets using a fork truck to designated locations. + Perform general quality checks. + Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Essential Skills + Willingness to learn or previous experience operating a forklift. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous fork truck experience is helpful. + Preferred experience in manufacturing, distribution, automotive, or agricultural roles. Why Work Here? The opportunity includes eligibility for raises and shift differential upon conversion, and flexibility in choosing long-term shift preferences. Work Environment The facility operates multiple shifts: 1st shift (7AM-3PM Mon-Fri), 2nd shift (3PM-11PM Mon-Fri), and 3rd shift (11PM-7AM Sun-Thurs). The facility is enclosed but not temperature-controlled, with some outdoor work required, especially during warmer months. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delphi, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
