Production Control Representative - Manufacturing & Scheduling (Full-Time) Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | $20/hr We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Control Representative to support production planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures production runs efficiently, meets customer requirements, and aligns with quality and safety standards. You will serve as the key liaison between production, procurement, inventory, logistics, and customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity. Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to address delays, material shortages, or changes in demand. Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components. Work closely with inventory control and warehouse teams to monitor material availability and prevent production disruptions. Ensure accurate data entry and tracking within ERP/MRP systems. Generate and analyze production reports to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Assist in continuous improvement activities related to production planning and workflow optimization. Communicate effectively with quality, engineering, logistics, customer service, and other cross-functional teams. Answer incoming customer and internal phone calls as part of daily operations. Ensure all processes comply with safety policies and quality standards.
