Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Plant Manager, you will be part of the operations support team, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assistant Plant Manager Location: Spring Hill, Tennessee 37174 Pay Range: $130,000 - $181,000 yearly + 12% Bonus Open to relocation What's the Job? + Drive continuous and breakthrough improvements through plant priorities and resources aligned with strategic business targets. + Support and intervene in neighboring plants requiring assistance to ensure operational consistency. + Take over Plant Manageru2019s responsibilities when the General Manager is unavailable, ensuring seamless plant operations. + Ensure safety of all employees and maintain a secure working environment. + Manage customer satisfaction by overseeing quality and delivery performance. What's Needed? + Bacheloru2019s Degree required + Proven experience in an Operations Management role.
