Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes and/or mills. This role involves reading blueprints, using precision measurement tools, performing quality checks, and ensuring parts are machined to specification. Key Responsibilities: + Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathes and/or mills + Read blueprints and job orders to determine specifications, tolerances, and tooling instructions + Secure tools and workpieces, set machine feeds, speeds, and depth of cut + Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment + Monitor machining operations and verify part quality + Perform assembly-type tasks using hand or power tools as needed + Package, label, and prepare finished products + Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S) + Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE + Rotate through different work cells as assigned Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent + 1+ year of CNC experience preferred + Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction) + Good handu2013eye coordination Physical Requirements: + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs + Ability to stand for 90% of the shift + Ability to bend, reach, and use hand tools as required Whatu2019s in this position for you? + Pay: $27 + 2nd Shift: Mon - Fri 2:15PM to 12:45AM + Weekly paycheck + Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter + Access to Adeccou2019s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Pay Details: $27.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
