Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a fullu2011time, yearu2011round onu2011site School Dietitian to support the Salem-Keizer School District in Salem, OR . This role supports student wellu2011being through menu accommodations, the student allergy and special diets program, and engaging nutrition education for students, families, and staff. Youu2019ll collaborate with school teams to ensure safe, compliant, and inclusive meal service while supporting wellness initiatives across multiple districts. New graduates and experienced dietitians are encouraged to apply, with strong training and a supportive network available through Sodexo. Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal Three weeks of vacation, eight holidays and three personal days paid each year Reimbursement for continuing education events What You'll Do + Lead our student meal programs and serve as the unit subject matter expert in student wellness + Be responsible for dietary needs/requests and work closely with school nurses, students, and families + Be responsible for menu planning and dietary accommodations + Conduct educational events in the schools What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) Credentials Requirement: Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
