Description: You will be the Financial Management / Cost Analyst for the Finance and Cost Management team. Our team is responsible for delivering rigorous financial analysis and strategic insights that drive mission success. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Management / Cost Analyst you will be responsible for integrating financial data across multiple systems, performing variance and trend analysis, and providing actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Consolidate financial results (orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, overhead) and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearu2011end reports. + Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and performanceu2011management models. + Analyze risk and opportunity drivers, creating mitigation plans and strategic recommendations. + Support proposal development, basis of estimate, and contract negotiations with subjectu2011matter expertise. + Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies and internal controls. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or related discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. u2022 Experience in business operations/finance and program finance u2022 Quick Learner with aptitude for various systems and processes u2022 Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide sound, data driven analysis u2022 Ability to work independently providing financial recommendations to program personnel & program management u2022 Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills u2022 Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; concentration on Excel. u2022 Experience in SAP Desired Skills: u2022 Self-starter mindset u2022 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel. u2022 Able to obtain a secret clearance u2022Proactive, able to develop process improvements u2022Strong Analytical ability and Problem Solving Skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy u2022Experience with Tableau, SQL, SAP, Advanced Excel including Charts, Pivot Tables & Advanced Formulas; DB; Excel Smart View; Charts; Pivot Tables and other Advanced Excel Skills, MicroSoft Access, MicroSoft DB/ SQL Database Skills, Oracle/ Oracle Smart View Clearance Level: None Other Important Information You Should Know Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
