Health Benefits AvailablePosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Tariffs Clerk to coordinate the domestic and international movement of freight. This role ensures all shipments meet regulatory requirements, are documented accurately, and arrive on time.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the movement of materials and finished goods for domestic and international shipments.Prepare all required shipping documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.Process special shipments, ensuring timely delivery, proper paperwork, and accurate tracking.Create domestic and international invoices for all shipments.Monitor transportation providers to ensure on-time municate regularly with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and domestic carrier representatives.Generate, review, and interpret traffic and transportation reports as needed.Analyze and communicate internally allocated bonded materials.Verify proformas and collaborate with material planners.Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned.RequirementsBilingual (English/Spanish).Ability to work any shift if needed.Availability for overtime based on business needs.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment. required-skills: Bachelors degree
