We are seeking an experienced Recruiter II to support a highu2011velocity hiring organization focused on engineering, safety, and operational roles. This role partners closely with hiring teams to deliver fullu2011cycle recruiting support in a fastu2011paced, deliveryu2011driven environment. This is a hands-on recruiting position well suited for someone who is comfortable sourcing, screening, and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Role is 100% onsite in Seattle OR Bellevue Key Responsibilities + Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer support + Proactively source candidates through outbound outreach and multiple recruiting channels + Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements + Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on hiring needs and priorities + Track and manage recruiting activities within applicant tracking systems + Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process + Meet hiring timelines and support surge or time-sensitive hiring needs as required Qualifications u2013 Required + Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, or operational roles + Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-moving recruiting environment + Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills + Ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills + Experience recruiting in large enterprise or high-growth environments + Familiarity with engineering, aviation, safety, or operations-focused roles (non technical) + Experience working in structured or process-driven recruiting organizations Why This Role Is Compelling + Opportunity to support innovative and complex hiring initiatives + Exposure to cutting-edge technology and operations teams + Work with an experienced recruiting organization that values speed, quality, and continuous improvement Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
