Resident Life Director

Location: Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living Eagleu2019s Trace, which recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, offers a vibrant lifestyle with abundant amenities, convenience services, and access to holistic continuing care to more than 1,200 residents who live in the community. We are hiring a Director of Resident Life, a strategic leader who champions the quality of life for our residents, and provides oversight to several departments focused on residentsu2019 experiences and well-being. The Director will lead Resident Life teams who support the social, psychological, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of our residents. How you will make an impact + Provide programmatic oversight to the following departments and programs within Resident Life: Community Resources, Philanthropy, Fitness, Intermissions, Community TV, Resident Services, Pastoral Care, and Home Support. + Serve as primary liaison with resident committees and groups, to support a vibrant resident culture and diversity of experiences. + Support the role of Resident Life in the successful integration of person-centered, strengths-based programs and services for all residents. + Develop and maintain a consistent and qualitative needs assessment of the population and provide high-quality responses to those needs. + Manage the overall operations of the Resident Life department while meeting or exceeding federal, state, and local regulations and appropriate quality and service standards. + Oversee the development of resident relations program to meet residentsu2019 needs and ensure resident quality and service. + Supervise and support a professional staff of the highest quality in each division of Resident Life. What you will need + Healthcare experience preferred + Minimum of 5 years management experience with progressively more responsible positions Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
