Senior Project Manager

We're expanding our Telecommunications Construction team and are seeking a Senior Project Manager with the leadership experience and technical expertise to oversee and deliver complex, highimpact telecom infrastructure projects.As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of major initiatives-including fiber optic deployments, wireless infrastructure builds, and largescale network upgrades. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and in alignment with the industry's highest quality and safety standards. In this seniorlevel capacity, you will provide strategic direction, lead crossfunctional teams, optimize operational performance, and contribute to a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Join our True-Blue team and help lead the development of the networks of tomorrow.Essential Responsibilities:Champion and uphold Ledcor's safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sitesLead or support the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower buildsManage or contribute to risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycleParticipate in or lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunitiesOversee or assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologiesSupport or lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specificationsCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesNegotiate or support contract execution and change order managementHelp establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentationQualifications:8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure buildsEducation in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted)Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholdersExperience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plusWorking Conditions:This will be a full-time office-based roleAdditional InformationLedcor Technical Services (LTS) designs, builds, and maintains wireline or wireless networks that span North America and beyond.
