Job Description

Title: MCPP - Motor Transport Process Control Analyst (Philippines) Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR Program Summary The Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP) is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistic services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in support of this program. For over 35 years we have planned, coordinated, and executed the maintenance and logistic services for ground combat vehicles and support equipment for USMC Expeditionary Forces. The scope of this position is to manage the quality program for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program u2013 Philippines (MCPP - PHIL) motor transportation equipment to include the development and enforcement of maintenance and supply policies and procedures. The MCPP - PHIL Motor Transportation Process Control Analyst will report directly to the MCPP - PHIL Quality Supervisor . Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute the performance of all quality management functions for the MCPP - PHIL Task Order by implementing the following: u2022 C ollect and analyz e data to make decisions that improve Marine Corps Motor Transport equipment readiness, maintenance quality, performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. u2022 Conduct detailed technical inspections on HMMWV, MTVR, LVSR and JLTV FOVs. u2022 Interpret and communicate technical manual requirements to workforce and management. u2022 Analyze and display Global Combat Support Systems Marine Corps, and MDSS II data to ensure that equipment is ready for delivery to the customer. u2022 Monitor and update the Quality Management Data Base (IQS). u2022 Ensure that all customer generated quality complaints are answered properly and in a timely manner. u2022 Interpret the Statement of Work and how it applies to the Motor Transport section. u2022 Serve as liaison to government Quality Assurance Equipment Specialists, facilitate and maintain an excellent working relationship with all government counterparts. u2022 Monitor the activities of all personnel engaged in the Motor Transport maintenance process, to improve quality and customer satisfaction. u2022 Use and interpret quality data and reports to identify maintenance status, trends, and process deficiencies. u2022 Provide quality presentations and metrics to brief senior leadership and make recommendations on ways to improve quality and reduce non - conformances. u2022 Coordinate with management to brief and train employees on the techniques and tools to identify, analyze, and lead efforts to solve problems and to provide improved customer satisfaction. u2022 Conduct training on quality trends and ways to improve quality. u2022 Identif y opportunities for process improvements. Establish and lead teams to work process improvement initiatives. Document team progress. u2022 Collect, monitor, display, interpret, and communicate process metrics to senior management team. u2022 Achieve quality performance and productivity goals. u2022 Provide coordination with other groups to accomplish tasks outside normal areas of responsibility. u2022 Develop and implement new maintenance processes/procedures as needed and make recommendations to improve ISO documents. u2022 Attend all quality related meetings and technical presentations. u2022 Perform all other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Must be able to pass a U.S. Government/FBI background investigation and obtain a Secret Clearance. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for this position. u2022 Must have knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality control processes. u2022 Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools. u2022 Must have two years related work experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing corrective actions. u2022 Completion of related formal training such as Automotive Maintenance Technician course or similar. u2022 In lieu of formalized training, a combination of college credits, professional certification, or other education, and directly related work experience may be considered. u2022 Must have four years of directly related work experience in the engineer equipment maintenance field. u2022 Requires the ability to review and apply technical specifications and requirements. u2022 The ability to analyze equipment and forecast spare part equipment is required. u2022 Must have the ability to analyze maintenance repair or operation to determine methods of improvement. u2022 Must have strong written and oral communication skills. u2022 U.S. Stateside Driveru2019s License u2022 Active Department of Defense secret security clearance. u2022 U.S. Passport u2022 Must be able to obtain and maintain a Philippines Work Visa. Desired Skills : u2022 USMC MOS 3510, 3529, 3521, USA MOS 91X, 91B u2022 Complete the Logistics Chief Course or equivalent. u2022 In - depth understanding of Marine Corps policies, regulations, and orders. u2022 Working knowledge of Marine Corps equipment/materiel and associated logistics processes. u2022 Strong oral and written communication skills. u2022 Strong analytical skills. u2022 Working knowledge and application of quality assurance concepts, principles, and techniques. u2022 In - depth understanding of the services M arine Corps Prepositioning Program provides to the customer and the processes and techniques used to deliver these services. u2022 Ability to comply with all established methods, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position.
