What You Will Be Doing: The purpose of this Program Assistant II position is to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for all Professional and Organizational Development (POD) initiatives, programs, and projects. Serving as the Training and Tuition Reimbursement Administrator, this role provides essential administrative support and customer service for the team. Responsibilities include coordinating administrative functions by managing workshop logistics, supporting in-person and virtual learning, and ensuring digital accessibility for eLearning courses. The role also oversees all aspects of the Tuition Reimbursement program and Training Waiver process, ensuring policy compliance and providing professional guidance to employees. Additionally, this position may contribute to the development, implementation, and facilitation of training content. Class Code & Classification Description: H4R2XXPROGRAM ASSISTANT II ( MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Experience Only: Five (5) years of relevant experience in program administration or project coordination, which must include a combination of the following: managing end-to-end logistics for events or training programs; facilitating technical support for in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid delivery models; and utilizing digital tools (such as Google Workspace or Smartsheets) to ensure document accessibility and WCAG compliance. OR Education and Experience: A combination of related education in Business Administration, Office Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, or Communications and/or relevant experience in program administration or project coordination, which must include a combination of the following: managing end-to-end logistics for events or training programs; facilitating technical support for in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid delivery models; and utilizing digital tools (such as Google Workspace or Smartsheets) to ensure document accessibility and WCAG compliance equal to five (5) years This experience must be substantiated within the Work Experience section of your application.
