_The future is what you make it._ We are seeking a motivated Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team supporting Repair & Overhaul (R&O) operations. In this role, you will apply your mechanical and manufacturing expertise to develop more efficient machining processes, improve tooling and programming, and drive cost reduction initiatives across our aftermarket business. You will collaborate with engineers, machinists, and operators to create and refine CNC programs, troubleshoot issues, and validate machining processes. A key focus of this position is the analysis of cost data and implementation of strategies to improve profitability, reduce turnaround time, and strengthen our competitive position. YOU MUST HAVE: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics u2022 1 or more years of engineering experience U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENT: Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, asylum or refugee status in the U.S, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
