InterSystems IntelliCare is seeking a Product Specialist with expertisein Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and/or Revenue Cycle Management(RCM), complemented by healthcare operations or health IT experience, tohelp define and deliver next-generation healthcare solutions. You'll bea key member of the TrakCare product team, shaping the roadmap andworking with customers, internal teams, and global health systems todefine and execute usable solutions that drive impact across financial,operational, and patient service domains, to help customers solve theirproblems. InterSystems IntelliCare is the unified Electronic HealthRecord (EHR) and premier health interoperability and innovationplatform. It offers powerful solutions for today's distributedhealthcare landscape - where a single patient may engage with manyproviders, across multiple locations, and through various telliCare consolidates and transforms data from thousands of sources -including major EHRs, social determinants, claims processors, publichealth records, IoT devices, and patient-reported outcomes - intomeaningful insights that solve key clinical, strategic, operational, andfinancial challenges. The platform supports a growing range of PAS andRCM solutions used by providers, private and public health systems,national health organizations, health information exchanges, anddevelopment partners worldwide. Key Responsibilities Contribute toproduct strategy, feature design, and roadmap planning across PAS andRCM domains. Act as the voice of the customer, translating real-worldworkflows into intuitive, scalable solutions. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery offeatures. Engage with customers to understand their needs andtranslate those into product requirements that deliver strong value. Serve as an internal SME in relevant healthcare operational areas. Monitor and advise on industry trends, regulatory shifts, andinnovations in practice. Support testing strategies includingworkflow validation, UAT, and performance testing. RepresentIntelliCare at conferences, advisory groups, and health IT forums.Qualifications Required: 4+ years of experience in: Healthcareoperations (e.g., quality, PAS, RCM, analytics), or Healthcare ITimplementation, support, or product development Hands-on experiencewith systems like TrakCare, Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc. Strongunderstanding of healthcare workflows and ability to translate them intosoftware solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills. Experience working in agile teams or supportingPO/PM functions. Comfortable working independently andcollaboratively, including direct engagement with customers. Preferred: Education in health informatics, public health, healthadministration, or related fields. Experience mapping and testinghealthcare administrative workflows. Familiarity withmanual/automated testing. Exposure to international healthcaresystems.
