Job Posting: Special Education Teacher u2013 Red Hawk Ridge Elementary (Colorado Springs, CO) Location: Colorado Springs, CO Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 7:15 AMu20133:30 PM Hours per Week: 37.5 Contract Length: 20 weeks Start Date: March 2, 2026 Setting: ILC u2013 Severe Needs Classroom (Ku20135) About the Role Red Hawk Ridge Elementary is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to provide high-quality instructional and behavioral support to students in an Intensive Learning Center (ILC) serving grades Ku20135. Under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator, you will: + Deliver specialized instruction aligned with student IEPs + Support a classroom of 10u201313 students with severe needs + Collaborate with a team of three SPED Techs in the classroom + Provide tutorial assistance and academic interventions + Consult with general education staff to support inclusive practices + Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating student programs This role is ideal for educators who thrive in structured, collaborative, and high-impact environments.
