Director of Supply Chain - Build To Rent

David Weekley Homes is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead their Build To Rent (BTR) Division: Integrity Community Builders (ICB).The Director of Supply Chain will lead and manage the BTR Supply Chain Team to ensure the most cost-effective and highest quality resources are available. They will accomplish this by working closely with local Purchasing/Construction Teams and by competitively bidding all construction categories for each BTR project.Responsible for the accuracy of sales-related National BTR Plan Lineup hard cost budgets and proformas for key cities.Create strategies to continually improve our cost positions withinvariousmarkets.Provide cost and details for investor price requests.Participate in feature reviews with BTR Operations Teams, present new products for consideration, update related documents, and communicate any changes.Assemble and direct the project bid process.Schedule from request for proposal (RFP) setup through contract agreement.Qualifications10+ years of experience insupply chain/purchasing within the multi-family and/or single family new-home construction industry.6+ years of people leadership and management experience.
