About the Role As a Consulting Technical Manager, you’ll lead discovery, design, and delivery of NetSuite improvements for customers across the General Business industry, with a focus on Nonprofit, Healthcare, and Financial Services. You’ll collaborate with technical specialists and cross-functional teams, guide stakeholders through change, and build strong, lasting relationships. This is an Individual Contributor role with meaningful leadership influence and a clear path for growth. **What You’ll Do** • Discover and design: Facilitate workshops with business and finance stakeholders to understand objectives, identify value gaps, and define prioritized roadmaps. • Deliver outcomes: Configure NetSuite Financials and related modules, define functional requirements for integrations/automation, and guide testing and change management. • Architect solutions: Shape practical, scalable solutions that may include configuration, extensions, and integrations—partnering closely with our Technical Services team. • Ensure quality: Review deliverables, validate controls/roles and permissions, and support audit-ready, sustainable solutions. • Advise and communicate: Translate complex topics into clear recommendations; build trusted relationships from project teams to executive sponsors. • Collaborate and grow: Work with ACS colleagues (e.g., Technical Services, Commerce, POS, OpenAir, Support) and continually expand your product/industry expertise. **Responsibilities** **Minimum Qualifications** • 8+ years of NetSuite functional consulting or administration experience, including hands-on ERP Financials (GL, AP/AR, multi-subsidiary). • Experience leading discovery/design and delivering post–go-live enhancements or implementations. • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. **Preferred Qualifications** • 10+ years of relevant domain experience in Nonprofit, Healthcare, or Financial Services. • Working knowledge of Advanced Revenue Management/Revenue Recognition, grants management, fund accounting. • Experience shaping requirements for integrations and customizations; familiarity with SuiteTalk/REST concepts and testing/UAT practices. • Project or team leadership experience; process improvement mindset. • Finance/Accounting background or certifications (e.g., CPA/CMA) a plus. • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, SuiteFoundation) a plus. • Ability to travel modestly as needed. **How You’ll Succeed** • Deliver prioritized improvements on time and with high quality. • Help customers achieve measurable outcomes (e.g., faster close, better visibility, improved controls). • Earn strong customer satisfaction and expand long-term relationships. • Contribute to team knowledge, playbooks, and repeatable best practices. **Why Join ACS** • Impact: Work with a broad installed base to drive meaningful, measurable customer value. • Growth: Clear career progression, mentorship, and access to training and certifications. • Collaboration: Partner with experienced functional and technical experts in a supportive, fast-paced environment. • Purpose: Enable customers to do more with NetSuite—confidently, efficiently, and at scale. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
