While maintaining quality and safetystandards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment and supplies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Operate equipment such as CNC machines, milling machines, and end mills to produce manufactured parts primarily out of aluminum and titanium.- Take measurements to adequately ensure the accurate set-up, with the use of tools such as; gauges, calipers, indicators and micrometers.```{=html}```- Maintains specifications by observing drilling and cutting; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting controls; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.```{=html}```- Set up and trouble shoot 5-axis machines for large complex parts.- Other duties as assigned.
