DescriptionWhat You Will DoManages staffing and patient flowProvides leadership in the delivery of direct patient care including patient assessment, medication management, patient and family education, and community resource referralResponsible for department process improvementResponsible for staff orientation, training, scheduling, supervision and evaluationInvolved in providing input in budget process to support fiscal responsibility and facility operationsInvolved in coaching, mentoring and staff developmentResponsible for maintaining the environment of care and attending to the needs of the clinical staff through visibility/presence in the department and assisting in the completion of patient care activitiesServes as the lead for disaster management in the absence of leadership managementAbility to deliver service recovery to patients and family members to ensure a positive experienceInsuring provision of care, safety and regulatory standardsAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties as plies with all policies and standards.For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
