Our core competencies include machining and rubber-to-metal bonding, and we hold multiple industry and aerospace customer certifications, including AS9100 and NADCAP.Essential Job FunctionsRead, interpret and follow manufacturing documentation including prints and routers to ensure the production of conforming productsSets up and operates manual and automated equipment for chemical processing, media blasting, cleaning, priming, adhesive application and other related preparation activitiesPerforms cleaning of product as necessaryCompletes necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure quality conformance and the proper movement and control of productEnsures all equipment and materials used to perform job functions are compliant to proceduresProactively improves area processes, procedures and documentation through Kaizen activities and collaboration with area leadership and EngineeringResponsible for the proper storage and disposition of hazardous wastePerforms all required preventative maintenance activitiesAid in preparation for and participates in all required area auditsAdheres to all safety guidelines and proceduresOther assignments as requiredQualificationsAble to communicate effectively with management, and co-workers to promote strong working relationships and create an environment focused on teamworkFlexible with work and job assignments and willing to perform any function as neededMust be dependable and available to work overtime when requiredUnderstands and demonstrates comprehension of drawings, blueprints and Manufacturing Work InstructionsProficient with Microsoft Office including OutlookSelf-motivated and ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervisionAbility to carry/ lift up to 35 lbs.
