Weu2019re seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Day Surgery Center in Boise u2014 a fullu2011time, fully benefited role where youu2019ll support a wide variety of outpatient surgical procedures. What Youu2019ll Do As a CST within the Saint Alphonsus Health System, you will: + Prepare the surgical environment and ensure all instruments, equipment, and supplies are available and functioning. + Support physicians and surgical staff by anticipating needs throughout the procedure. + Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and safety standards. + Communicate clearly and effectively with the surgical team and supervisory staff. + Contribute to a smooth workflow by organizing supplies, assisting with room turnover, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. + Demonstrate the Saint Alphonsus Mission, Vision, and Values through every interaction. Youu2019ll be a trusted partner in ensuring patients receive safe, seamless care in our highu2011performing Day Surgery Center. What You Bring (Required) + Current certification as a: + Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA OR + Tech in Surgeryu2013Certified (TSu2011C) through NCCT + Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network + Strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of aseptic technique, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Preferred: + One year of scrub experience in an acute care hospital setting + Experience in outpatient or sameu2011day surgery environments + A passion for patient-centered care and continuous improvement Why Youu2019ll Love Working at Saint Alphonsus When we take care of you, you can take better care of our patients.
