What Youu2019ll Do As a Sales Consultant, you will identify, develop, and accelerate revenue opportunities by supporting field sales and directly securing partnerships with customers. You will play a key role in driving profitable business through strategic planning, consultative selling, and deal execution. Key Responsibilities u2022 Develop joint business plans with field sales that support annual targets and long term (3u20135 year) strategic growth. u2022 Conduct account research, opportunity analysis, and pricing assessments to support territory planning and sales strategy. u2022 Provide proposal pricing, contracting, and operational support by building fluency in internal Finance, Legal, and Operations processes. u2022 Build and qualify pipelines by generating new business opportunities through outbound calls to Behavioral Health, FQHCs, Surgery Centers, Mental Health Hospitals, and C Suite executives. u2022 Utilize a consultative approach to conduct discovery, assess customer needs, and identify solution fit across Omnicellu2019s portfolio. u2022 Partner with Pricing Analysts to evaluate asset data, develop pricing recommendations, and structure deals aligned with profitability goals. u2022 Develop internal business cases to secure deal approvals and support strategic positioning. u2022 Prepare and deliver customer focused presentations both alone and in collaboration with field sales. u2022 Support field sales during on site customer engagements, including workflow assessments and relationship building activities. u2022 Package solution options that create compelling customer incentives for technology upgrades or replacement. u2022 Maintain accurate CRM documentation, pipeline data, and forecasting metrics in Salesforce. u2022 Achieve annual and quarterly quota targets, along with assigned management by objective (MBO) measures. u2022 Participate in learning programs to expand product knowledge, sales acumen, and industry understanding. u2022 Contribute to corporate initiatives and process improvement projects. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited university. u2022 3+ years of sales or business experience with proven success achieving sales objectives. u2022 Strong financial acumen, analytical capability, and problem solving skills. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively. u2022 Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). u2022 Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, customer engagement, and presentation effectiveness. u2022 Customer service orientation with the ability to respond quickly and professionally to internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or Communications. u2022 Experience in complex sales environments or healthcare/hospital operations. u2022 Familiarity with pricing strategy, contracting, or sales operations processes. u2022 Exposure to Six Sigma tools or continuous improvement methodology.
